Avison Young Secures Another Lease At Bridgeport Building. The new lease at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. is the largest office deal in Bridgeport in 2019.

Avison Young: Sean Cahill, Principal and Managing Director of Avison Young’s Fairfield/Westchester office, announced that Avison Young represented Shelbourne Global on a full floor lease with The WorkPlace at 1000 Lafayette Boulevard in Bridgeport. The lease is the largest office deal in Bridgeport for 2019.

The Avison Young team of Sean Cahill, Christopher Grundy and Lori Baker represented the landlord, Shelbourne Global Solutions, in the lease for 23,000 square feet with The WorkPlace. Fred Frasinelli, AMS Real Estate LLC, represented the tenant.

The WorkPlace leased 23,000 square feet on the 5th floor. The WorkPlace was founded in 1983 and coordinates comprehensive workforce development policies and programs that prepare people for careers while strengthening the workforce for employers. With operations in six states, The WorkPlace has been nationally recognized for its capacity for innovation, problem-solving and cultivating partnerships to address emerging workforce trends.
