Building Careers in Retail
Project Retail is a retail job training program designed to help individuals—both women and men—build the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the retail and customer service industries. Project Retail combines hands-on workshops, career coaching, and industry-specific training to prepare participants for long-term success in retail careers.
Project Retail focuses on individuals over 18 that live in the Southwestern Connecticut region and equips individuals with skills to create consumer experience by learning techniques to build a career in retail. Participants learn essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time or transitioning into a new role, Project Retail empowers you with the confidence, tools, and training needed to succeed.
