Manufacturing & Advanced Technology Training provides training to address the shortage of skilled workers in the manufacturing sectors, and prepares workers to enter employment. The program creates pipelines for high school students and adults. Trainees receive access to career coaching and exploration, workforce readiness training, resume, interview, and job search assistance, occupational training and certifications as well as supportive services at no-cost.
