Business Services RepresentativeThe Business Services Representative will prospect for potential new business clients and turn this into increased opportunity for program participants. The position will establish and perform activities to develop and secure job interviews, placements, on the job training and/or internship opportunities with employers and facilitate participant employer connections. The Business Services Representative will design and guide strategies to establish and maintain relationships with employers and promote the services provided by the Career Center.

Career CounselorA Career Counselor must successfully provide comprehensive case management to assigned individuals, some with multiple barriers to employment, utilizing various career assessment, planning and related tools and activities. A Career Counselor will work collaboratively with the Career Advisor and Business Services staff assisting in arranging for interviews; monitor participant performance throughout workforce programs and counsels participants so that all programmatic metrics are successfully met. This position will assist training instructors in the collection of program materials; refer qualified participants to employers and conduct necessary follow-up.

System DirectorThe Director is responsible for the overall strategic operation of the Bath, Elmira, Montour Falls, & Hornell Career Centers operation, staff and programs. The Director must ensure each center attains measurable outcomes that aligns with contractual obligations and enhances the programs and services of the employment and training system. Evaluates and reports the real impact of the program initiatives that result in the infusion of continuous improvement methodologies for the benefit of the customer.

 

Open Position in Rhode Island

Open Position in Hampton, Virginia

Career Center Manager (Part Time). While delivering innovative solutions, exceptional service and trusted results, the Assistant Manager will work with Workforce Board staff, partner staff, case management staff and other to provide the day-to-day guidance for the Career Center. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Center staff in the daily operations while performing professional and technical work monitoring performance to endure contract compliance, quality of services provided, and positive outcomes.
