Account Executive. The Account Executive will sell staffing services to businesses, growing Engage Staffing’s client base. The position will establish and maintain activities to develop and secure job orders with local businesses and coordinate client job placement activity with the Engage Staffing Recruitment team. We are in search of someone that understands metrics and has proven history with meeting sales goals. Must be motivated, want to work in a fast-paced environment and have an enthusiastic demeanor. Time management and organizational skills are critical for success!
Peer Recovery Workforce Specialist. The Peer Recovery Workforce Specialist’s role is to support participants who are enrolled in the National Dislocated Worker Grant to address the OPIOD Crisis program. The Peer Recovery Workforce Specialist will provide case management to participants with multiple barriers to employment utilizing career assessment tools, planning and related activities serve as a role model, mentor, advocate and motivator to recovering individuals in order to help prevent relapse and promote long-term recovery.
Resource & Employment Navigator. The Resource & Employment Navigator provides services included but not limited to, connecting participants to community resources, and developing an employment profile. The Resource & Employment Navigator provides case management, work readiness skills, interdisciplinary collaboration, coordination, and administrative duties. This position will work closely with the Career Counselors, Employment Relations Team, and community partners.
