Who the Program Is For

The Mortgage Crisis Job Training Program is available to Connecticut homeowners who meet the following criteria:

60 days or more past due on your mortgage

Mortgage is for your primary residence in Connecticut

Household income below $120,000

Referred by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA)

or able to demonstrate an imminent need for assistance
