The Center's programs include three stages of technical assistance:
1) Assessment and Review includes extensive examination of financial, programmatic, and legal issues of the organization.
2) Development includes research, grant writing, program design, and capacity building.
3) Services include grant management, fiduciary, reporting, and evaluation.
